What is Bee Pollen?
Bee Pollen is the accumulation of flower pollen collected by foraging honey bees which is given to worker bees who then adds some nectar and packs it all into delicious sweet tasting granules. These granules are then harvested by bee keepers in a sustainable way so as not to disrupt the balance of the bee colony’s ecosystem.
What does it taste like?
Bee pollen has a delicious, powdery, floral taste to it. It has a slightly chalky texture and sumptuously sweet.
